1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AspireACE, you enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.
2. The service we provide
AspireACE provides various educational products including free and paid tiers. We explicitly DO NOT provide admission guarantees, medical advice, or financial advice.
3. Acceptable use
What you CANNOT do:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-download content.
- Share accounts across multiple users.
- Use AI-generated content from our platform to train competing models.
- Attempt to defeat rate limits or tier restrictions.
- Use the service for academic dishonesty.
4. Disclaimers
- Rank predictions are statistical projections, not guarantees.
- Automated grading is a tool. Teacher verification is available and grades can be challenged.
- Wellness signals are indicative, not clinical diagnoses.
- Counselling is guidance, not a backdoor for admissions.
