How NextMove picks one thing.
Every morning, Coach looks at:
- What you did yesterday
- What's improving vs what's not
- How many days to exam
- Your energy pattern (longer attempts on weekends? It matches that)
- What will move your rank most
Then it picks one card. Not a list. Because if we give you ten things, you'll do three and feel guilty about seven.
