Refund Policy
Summary
- Subscriptions: 7-day full refund, no questions asked.
- Annual plans: 7-day full refund + pro-rata refund available per renewal.
- Standalone products: Refund if unused within 7 days.

1. Subscription refunds (FREE/ACE/GROW/SCALE)
We offer a 7-day full refund window from the time of your first charge. After 7 days, there are no refunds for the current billing period, but cancellation will prevent the next billing. Pro-rata refunds are not provided mid-period except for annual plans.
2. Annual plan refunds
You have a 7-day full refund window from charge. After 7 days but within 30 days, we'll give you a pro-rata refund minus the monthly-rate equivalent of the days used. After 30 days, there is no refund, but cancellation prevents your next annual billing.
3. Standalone product refunds
You can get a refund if the product hasn't been delivered/accessed yet. Once a grading is submitted or a prediction is generated, the service is rendered, and no refund applies. Exception: technical failure causing the product not to deliver.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@aspireace.in with your order ID, or use in-app Settings → Subscription → Request refund. We respond within 3 business days and refunds process to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
